What started out as a pleasantly unexpected invitation turned into a long and unwanted season of soul surgery, a crisis of her own making which she had no power to fix. Then, when everything she had tried to do fell apart, it was a gentle force called grace that carried her through the mess and taught her that, no matter what, love never fails.
